Course Overview

In this revenue management course, we look closely at demand generation and demand analysis, to give us a broader understanding of what drives demand, and how to apply the right controls at the right time in order to drive performance.

  • Demonstrate and understanding of demand analysis, by tracking and using data.
  • Strategically apply controls to drive performance for your hotel.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for existing revenue managers, sales managers, general managers, and personnel across front desk and/or reservations, that would like to play a part in driving results.  If you haven't already done so, we would recommend that you complete our foundation course in hotel revenue management first, before taking this course.
