Octopus Revenue was founded by Sarah Thompson, a hotel revenue manager with over 20 years experience in the hospitality sector, stemming from rooms operations, and over the previous 13 years, specialising in hotel revenue management. Sarah has worked with major chains and independent groups, gaining a broad spectrum of knowledge within the hotel industry, across multiple markets in and around the UK.
